With its high-quality facilities, stylish interior and central location in the city, the apartment is designed to meet all your needs. This apartment is exclusively rented on a SEASONAL RENTAL (mid-term) basis and is therefore ideal for (business) rentals.

• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 30 days before check-in. 

Deposit:

• Amount: €300.
• Refund: Within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The maximum number of guests is 4 people.
• The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the reservation.
• Organizing parties or events is not permitted.
• Common facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness room, and co-working space must be used with respect.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or loss of inventory during their stay. 

Cleaning:

• Final cleaning: included in the price.
• Interim cleaning: available on request, at an additional cost.

Internet and entertainment:
