This luxury vacation home is part of an exclusive community where you can enjoy a swimming pool with sea views, a modern gym, and a luxurious spa to completely unwind. The vacation home has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and offer plenty of space and comfort. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality amenities and have a contemporary finish. The apartment has a fully equipped luxury kitchen with built-in appliances (including a dishwasher and combination microwave) with all the necessary accessories, and there is even a washing machine.

The living area is bright and open, with large windows and a large terrace on both the ground floor and the first floor, offering beautiful sea views. 

Blue View Heights is located in a quiet and natural setting, ideal for families who want to enjoy the beauty of the Costa del Sol. With golf courses, marinas, and the bustling towns of Estepona, Puerto Banús, and Marbella nearby, this vacation home offers the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment. The property is located in Manilva, surrounded by nature, and offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and North Africa.

The property is approximately 30 kilometers from Gibraltar Airport and approximately 100 kilometers from Malaga Airport.

• Cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 30 days before check-in. 

Deposit:

• Amount: €300.
• Refund: Within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The maximum number of guests is 6 people.
• The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in the reservation.
• Organizing parties or events is not permitted.
• Common facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness room, and co-working space must be used with respect.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or loss of inventory during their stay.

Public transport: 

Public transport in Manilva consists mainly of bus services connecting the town with surrounding areas. The main bus routes in Manilva are:

• Line M-240 (Estepona - La Linea de la Concepcion. This line connects Estepona and La Linea (near Gibraltar) with stops in Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa, among others. The buses run daily with approximately 8 trips per day.
• Line L-77 (Casares - Manilva - Estepona - Marbella). This line runs twice a day and connects Manilva with Casares, Estepona, San Pedro, and Marbella, including a stop at the Costa del Sol Hospital.
• Local bus service (Manilva - Sabinillas - Puerto de la Duquesa). There is a local bus that runs every hour between Manilva, Sabinillas, and Puerto de la Duquesa. This service is convenient for short distances within the municipality. 

There are several ways to travel from Málaga Airport to Manilva, depending on your preference for comfort, travel time, and budget.

• By private transfer or taxi, total travel time approximately 1 hour via the AP-7 motorway.
• Public transport (budget friendly), total travel time approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes.
• Car rental, total travel time approximately 1 hour via the AP-7 motorway. 

There is currently no direct train connection between Málaga Airport and Manilva. The existing Cercanias line C-1 runs from Málaga to Fuengirola and does not extend to Marbella, Estepona, or even Manilva. However, there are concrete plans to extend this line.
